Terms of Service Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (hereafter referred to as “Customer”) and RealEstateLawDocs.com, Lukemeyer Law Office, P.C., and any attorney preparing documents on their behalf.
The use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between Customer and Lukemeyer Law Office, P.C., or any attorney preparing forms on their behalf. RealEstateLawDocs.com will maintain the privacy of any information submitted in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. However, Customer understands that any information submitted may not be considered or treated as privileged and confidential communication. Lukemeyer Law Office, P.C. shall not be deemed to be retained as counsel in any matter unless and until a formal representation agreement or retainer letter is agreed to and executed by both parties.

THEREFORE, ANY USER OF REALESTATELAWDOCS.COM HEREBY AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS LUKEMEYER LAW OFFICE, P.C., AND ANY ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO, THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE FORMS PROVIDED HEREIN.
